The fact that only a few dozen companies are responsible for the majority of climate-changing pollution from our country makes it frustrating and futile for individuals to make a difference. Even if everyone in the US cut their consumption (which seems extremely unlikely). We should concentrate on pressuring these companies to change their modus operandi.
My opinion is that our political leadership is so corrupt and bumbling that it depends on us as individuals to make the difference. We can pressure the corporations by hitting them in their pocket books. I would like to see organized and vast boycotts. Each of us has to convince our friends and acquaintances to take action together. I touch on this in my latest post. Thanks, Gary
